FAQ

Straight answers.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Beniamin Dumitrascuta holds Florida Certified General Contractor license CGC1531404, current and active. Verify it on the Florida DBPR site — do not take a logo as evidence.

How do we start?

Request a Project Review. Tell us the property, the work, and the budget range you will actually spend. We will tell you whether we are a fit before anyone pretends there is a start date.

Where are you located?

Sarasota, Florida, by appointment. We remodel across Sarasota and Manatee Counties — Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bird Key, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice — and take select St. Petersburg work when it is a fit. We come to the property.

What is the relationship between Remodel, Construction, and Management?

Three companies, one family. Gulf & Key Remodel renovates. Gulf & Key Construction builds ground-up. Gulf & Key Estate Management stewards the finished house. You should not need three strangers for one property.

Do you work in condominiums?

Yes. It is a core part of the residential work. Florida condominium projects commonly require a Certified General Contractor, plus an HOA package and tower logistics. See the Water Club project.

Do you work with my interior designer?

Yes, when there is a real set of decisions. Roxana Dumitrascuta can also direct interiors and materials.

Do you publish a price list?

No. Two jobs of the same size are not the same job. We will tell you in a Project Review whether your range and your scope belong together.

Next step

Request a private Project Review.

Tell us about the property and the work. We will tell you whether we are the right contractor — and what the first honest next step is.
