Your home. Your business. One accountable remodeler.

Gulf & Key Remodel is the renovation studio of a construction family. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, historic houses, condominiums, and professional interiors — then we remain responsible for the building.

Why this company

Most remodelers sell the finished room. We sell the months in between.

The fears are not mysterious. The contractor disappears. The number was never a scope. The project manager changes. The house is occupied and the jobsite is a mess. The commercial space misses its opening date.

We write the scope, the allowances, and the change protocol before demolition. You get a weekly written update covering progress, decisions, budget movement, and anything that needs you. Ben stays accountable as principal.

Homeowners

Kitchens, baths, whole-home, historic, waterfront, condominiums.

Business owners

Offices, practices, studios, tenant improvements — planned around downtime.

Coastal properties

Salt, wind, humidity, and HOA buildings are constraints we name early.

After the punch list

Gulf & Key Estate Management can steward the finished house.

What we remodel

Residential craft. Commercial continuity. Same standard.

The Gulf & Key Method

We sell the confidence of getting there.

  1. 01

    Discover

We walk the property, hear what you actually want, and name the constraints — HOA, flood, occupancy, opening date — before anyone talks about tile.

  2. 02

    Define

A written scope. What is in, what is out, what cannot be known until walls open. This is the document we will argue with later, not a memory of a meeting.

  3. 03

    Design

Layout, millwork, finishes, and lighting as one language. Roxana directs interiors and materials so the rooms belong to the house, not to a showroom.

  4. 04

    Price

Numbers attached to the scope, with allowances you can read. Changes described, priced, and approved in writing before the work moves.

  5. 05

    Build

A protected jobsite, sequenced trades, and a named person running the day. You get a weekly written update covering progress, decisions, and budget movement.

  6. 06

    Steward

Closeout, walkthrough, documentation. If the house needs a keeper after we leave, Gulf & Key Estate Management is the sister company built for that.

Proof, not adjectives

The license is public. The work is photographed. References are given in a Review.

We do not write testimonials. If you want to speak with a client, that happens during a Project Review — after we know the property is a fit.
