Pre-construction is the job before the job

Pre-construction is a written scope, a budget that matches it, a schedule logic, and a list of what we cannot know yet. It is also the HOA or landlord package, if the building has one.
The Gulf & Key Method starts here: Discover, Define, Design, Price — then Build. Steward comes after. Skipping the first four is how projects become reactions.
A Project Review is how we decide whether to enter pre-construction with you. It is not a free estimate contest. It is a structured first conversation so neither of us wastes the next six months.
If you want a dumpster next week, we are the wrong company. If you want the cheapest mistakes caught on paper, start there.
Next step
Request a private Project Review.
Tell us about the property and the work. We will tell you whether we are the right contractor — and what the first honest next step is.
